Your terminals. Your machines.
In the browser.
muxwire is a browser-first deck of live terminals wired to tmux sessions on your own machines, over your private tailnet. Start an agent on your Mac from your phone, watch the diff, and the session stays alive when you close the tab.
A control room, not another cloud IDE
muxwire doesn't run your code — your machines do. It gives you one place to reach them from any browser.
A deck of live terminals
Every session is a real terminal streamed over WebSockets. Tile them into a grid, focus one, keep typing — mouse, scrollback, and colors all intact.
On hardware you own
No rented cloud boxes. Your Macs and your mini run the agents; muxwire is just the relay. tmux is the source of truth.
Sessions that never drop
Close the tab, sleep the laptop, switch devices. tmux keeps every session running — reattach and you are exactly where you left off.
A real workspace
A file tree, editor, git diffs, and live preview sit alongside the terminal. Read, edit, and review changes without leaving the page.
Reached over your tailnet
Machines connect over a private WireGuard mesh. Nothing is exposed to the public internet — the app dials in, not the other way around.
Managed from the UI
Add or remove machines in Settings. Paste the generated key, test the connection, done — no config files, no redeploys.
How it works
Three steps between you and a session you can reach from anywhere.
Point it at your machines
Add each machine in Settings and authorize the key it generates. They join the deck over your tailnet — a Mac, a mini, a home server.
Spin up a session
Launch Claude, Codex, or a plain shell in any project. It runs inside tmux on that machine, so it keeps going whether or not you are watching.
Drive it from anywhere
Open the deck in any browser — laptop, phone, a borrowed screen. Terminals, diffs, and previews stream live, and reattach instantly.
Your control room is one link away.
Bring your own machines. muxwire handles the rest — the deck, the sessions, and getting back to them from any browser.
